Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at any time if you are not satisfied with our services. Although, we know you're gonna love us!

Are there additional fees?

After your one-time set-up fee, the monthly subscription covers your site hosting and access to the CRM platform for 1 user. Additional users are $20/user per month.

The only other fee that may be charged is for usage of SMS & email over our $25 monthly credit. However, these charges are minimal -- just $10 will give you about 10,000 emails or 1,000 text messages. Unless you are running extremely large marketing campaigns every month, that much is sufficient for most of our clients.

Do you offer support?

Yes! We provide you with help docs, video tutorials, and even live chat tech support. If that's not enough, HighLevel also offers on-demand Zoom support. You will have all the help you need to be fully successful!

Will I receive training?

We want to make sure you are set up for success, so we'll help you get set up and train you on how to use Deal Studio on a day-to-day basis. You'll be greeted with an hour-long training session and a technical set-up call. You'll experience a white-glove onboarding experience to get you ready to grow your business.
